This is the notice of a public sale at Bunker Hill Storage, 207 S Access Rd., and 8063 FM 18, Clyde, Tx 79510. Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, we will conduct a public sale of the contents listed below online at www.storagetreasures.com. The auction will start on 1/21/26at 9 am CST and end on 1/23/26 at 9am CST. All sales will be for credit card only to the highest bidder, no reserve. The auction is being held to satisfy landlords' liens as to the below units.  Kia Sosa, the unit contains a spare tire, bags of clothes, vacuum, and other unknown contents. Sandra Deanne Lombarb, The unit includes, a folding table, coffee table, home decor, clothes, oven, microwave, book shelf, boxes of unknown items. Sandra Sparks, the unit contains boxes and tubs with unknown contents, table, dresser, fire pit, and filing cabinet. Kristine Helsabeck, the unit contains Christmas decorations, paddle boats, dining room table, and chairs. Billie and Katrina Nichols, the unit contains dresser drawers, desk chair, and a heater/cooler. Brandi Renfroe, the unit contains tubs of unknown contents, dressers, leather couch, chairs, propane tank, suitcase and a cooler. Steven Lomelim, the unit contains water drill components, gas can, metal clamps, air vents, tools, clothes, weights, 
kennel, and other unknown contents.
